Rumis Fashion offers order shipping across Pakistan on all online orders via TCS or Daewoo Cod services.

Order and shipping

  • Please place your order online by following the easy instructions to check out the items you have added to your shopping cart.
  • You can also place your order by calling Rumis Fashion customer care at 03325333035 or by dropping us a message over WhatsApp (+92 332 5333035) and we will be happy to assist you.
  • After you complete your order on our website, Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation call-back or a message on WhatsApp. At this point, you may confirm, modify or cancel your order. Upon confirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email with the reference number. Please quote this reference number in any correspondence or to track your order.
  • After your confirmation, your order is usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 3-5 working days depending on the city.
  • Courier delivery rider may call you, therefore, please keep your phone switched on and answer calls from unidentified numbers
  • Please keep the exact change ready, as some time courier rider may not have change available along with him.
  • Shipping charges depend on the weight of the parcel. Generally, the minimum shipping rate is Rs. 199 and increases as the weight of the package increases.
